Single-gun configuration
One welding cable; select the tool for your pin type.
Choose the IFS-3600 with a single-gun or dual-gun configuration for your insulation pins.
The IFS-3600 runs on 220 V, 50 Hz mains power, and the voltage and plug can be customised to suit your local power supply. Specify your pin type, diameter and required welding speed so the machine and welding tools can be matched.
Share the pin specification, preferred configuration and required quantity for a quotation.
Machine specifications
Single-gun and dual-gun configurations are available. Reference welding speed is 45–70 pins per minute, depending on voltage setting and pin diameter.
| Model | IFS-3600 |
|---|---|
| Power supply | Mains powered |
| Input voltage | 220 V Voltage and plug can be customised to suit your local power supply. |
| Frequency | 50 Hz |
| Capacitance | 270,000 μF |
| Maximum welding diameter | 4 mm For confirmed pin types and materials; review the intended pin specification. |
| Reference welding speed | 45–70 pins/min Depends on voltage setting and pin diameter. Larger diameters require more energy and can reduce welding speed. |
| Configurations | Single-gun / Dual-gun |
| Single-gun weight, including case | 21.9 kg |
| Power cable | 1 per configuration |
| Earth cable | 1 per configuration |
| Welding cables | Single-gun: 1 / Dual-gun: 2 |
| Welding tools | Gun or clamp selected to suit the required pin type |
Equipment options
Choose the configuration and welding tools for the pins you intend to use. Both configurations include one power cable and one earth cable.
One welding cable; select the tool for your pin type.
Two welding cables; tools selected for your pin types.
The dual-gun configuration can use two identical tools for the same pin type. It is not limited to one gun and one clamp.
Pins & tools
The IFS-3600 is confirmed for the listed Cup Head Pin materials and diameters, and for 3 mm Bimetallic Pins. CD weld pin selection must respect the machine's confirmed maximum welding diameter of 4 mm; CD pins above 4 mm require separate equipment confirmation.
Cup Head Pins use a welding gun with a matching copper holder for the cup head. Select other welding tools according to the pin type and dimensions.
For stainless steel substrates, a corresponding stainless steel pin is recommended. Confirm the substrate, surface condition and equipment settings for the intended weld.
Discuss equipment matching ↗Before you order
Tell us the pin type, diameter, substrate and required welding speed.
The confirmed maximum is 4 mm for the specified compatible pin types and materials. CD weld pins above 4 mm require separate equipment confirmation.
The standard IFS-3600 uses 220 V, 50 Hz mains power. The voltage and plug can be customised to suit the power supply in your country. There is no lithium-battery version in the current offering.
The reference range is 45–70 pins per minute. Actual speed depends on voltage setting and pin diameter; larger pins require more energy and can reduce the speed.
No. Tools are selected for the required pin types, and two identical tools can be used for the same pin type. Confirm the combination with your order.
Both configurations have one power cable and one earth cable. The single-gun configuration has one welding cable; the dual-gun configuration has two.
Include the pin type, material, diameter, preferred configuration, quantity and required welding speed. Add substrate details and any site power requirements.
