The IFS-3600 insulation pin welder is a capacitor discharge (CD) stud welder for fixing insulation pins to steel. It runs on 220 V (voltage and plug can be customised to local power supply), welds pins up to 4 mm in diameter and is available with one or two welding guns.
Welding guns, clamps, collets and cup-head holders are matched to the pin type and diameter, and collets can be ordered separately as spare parts. Tell us the pins you use so the machine and tools can be set up for them.

Which pins can the IFS-3600 weld?
CD weld pins up to 4 mm in diameter, cup head pins and 3 mm bimetallic pins.
What is the difference between the single-gun and dual-gun machines?
The dual-gun configuration has two welding cables, so two identical tools can be used for the same pin type. Both run on 220 V, and the voltage and plug can be customised to suit local power supply.
Can I buy collets and accessories separately?
Yes. CD stud welding collets can be ordered separately as spare parts. Other accessories are confirmed during consultation.
