Is there a minimum order quantity for insulation pins?
No. Insulation pins can be ordered without a minimum order quantity, including samples, trial quantities and repeat orders.
Can I send a drawing or product specification?
Yes. Share the drawing, required dimensions, material and quantity so the factory team can review the requirement with you.
What pin lengths are available?
Pins are made from 19 to 500 mm long, depending on the type: up to 500 mm for CD weld, self adhesive and perforated base pins, and up to 300 mm for cup head, marine and bimetallic pins. Include the insulation thickness and required pin length in your enquiry.
What should I include in an equipment or material enquiry?
For welding equipment, include the pin type and welding requirements. For insulation materials, include thickness, density, dimensions, quantity and application.
