Basalt-based rock wool, also called stone wool or mineral wool, is available as boards and strips. Specify the product form, dimensions, density and any requirement for a formaldehyde-free binder or a coated board.

Can strip dimensions be customised?
Yes. The common strip dimensions are 935 × 50 × 157 mm, and other sizes can be customised. Confirm the dimension orientation on your drawing.
Is a formaldehyde-free option available?
Yes. Boards and strips can be made using formaldehyde-free binder, with a 30-tonne minimum order for this option. Confirm any combined board-and-strip order arrangement.
Is a coated board option available?
Yes. A waterproofing coating can be added to boards during production. Specify the required water-resistance performance for review.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard rock wool boards have a 10-tonne minimum order. Boards and strips made with formaldehyde-free binder have a 30-tonne minimum order; confirm the order quantity for standard strips separately.
