Welding gun & clamp
Gun or clamp selected to suit the pin type and size.
Match welding guns, clamps, CD stud welding collets and supporting accessories to your IFS-3600 pin welding setup.
Review welding tools, cables, CD stud welding collets and the copper holder used with Cup Head Pins. Collets can be ordered separately as spare parts; share the pin diameter and machine configuration.
CD stud welding collets can be ordered separately. Supply scope for other accessories is confirmed during consultation.

Component details
The welding gun takes a collet sized to the CD weld pin, or a matching copper holder for Cup Head Pins. A clamp-type welding tool is also available.
Gun or clamp selected to suit the pin type and size.
Holds the CD weld pin in the gun; sized to the pin diameter.
Holds the cup head during the welding operation.
Confirm the pin diameter, holder dimensions and connection before ordering. Collets are wear parts; keeping spares avoids stopping work when one wears out.
Equipment matching
These tools and accessories are presented with the IFS-3600. Provide the machine configuration and pin specification to confirm the required combination.
For Cup Head Pins, insulation is positioned first. The welding gun's copper holder holds the cup head while the pin tip passes through the insulation to contact the metal surface for welding.
For CD weld pins, the welding gun holds the pin in a collet matched to the pin diameter. Collets are wear parts: spatter and repeated welding reduce their grip and contact, so keep spares and replace a worn collet to maintain consistent welds.
A dual-gun setup can use two identical tools for the same pin type. Connections and holder dimensions must be checked for any requested replacement component.
Discuss tool matching ↗Before you order
Share the machine configuration, pin details and the component you need.
Yes, CD stud welding collets can be ordered separately as spare parts. For other components, tell us the item and quantity so availability and supply scope can be reviewed.
Choose the collet by pin diameter. Tell us the pin diameter and welding gun model, or send a photo of your current collet, so the size and fit can be confirmed.
Replace it when it no longer grips the pin firmly or shows burning or spatter build-up. A worn collet gives poor contact and inconsistent welds, so keep spares on hand.
A welding gun with a matching copper cup-head holder is used. Confirm the holder dimensions and fitting for the selected pins.
Yes. Two identical tools can be selected for the same pin type. The tool combination is agreed for the order.
Include the machine, configuration, pin type and diameter, required component and quantity. For a replacement, provide the connection and holder dimensions or a reference image.
