Galvanized and SS304 anchors can be made in lengths from 25 to 300 mm. The round head is 25 mm in diameter and 1 mm thick, with a 2 mm wire diameter.

Installation & matching
Installing lacing anchors
and lacing the blanket.
1. Pass the pin through the insulation blanket or removable insulation cover, leaving the hooked head on the blanket surface.
2. Press a 30 mm round self-locking washer onto the pin on the opposite side to clamp the insulation and retain the anchor. Choose a galvanized steel or SS304 washer.
3. Bend or trim the excess pin according to the product design to avoid an exposed sharp tip. Leave enough pin length for secure retention.
4. Thread lacing wire through the hooks of adjacent anchors to join the blanket edges or seam.
