Self-locking washers can be supplied for use with CD weld pins, self adhesive pins and perforated base pins. A 30 mm round washer is also the specified pairing for lacing anchors and solar mesh clips.
Provide the pin diameter together with the washer size, thickness and material. The required hole size is confirmed for the order.

Which washer shapes and sizes are available?
Round washers are available in 30, 32, 38, 50, 60 and 67 mm diameters; square washers in 40, 50 and 64 mm side lengths.
Can the hole size be customised?
Yes. Hole sizes can be customised across all listed sizes. Include your required pin diameter when enquiring.
Which thicknesses are available?
Regular thicknesses are 0.3 and 0.35 mm. Custom thicknesses of 0.4 and 0.5 mm are also available.
Is a black finish available?
Yes. All listed sizes can be supplied with a black surface finish on request.
